The ProgramĀ
Caring for neighbors who are unhoused or rebuilding their lives is woven into how we work every day. Because we keep our panels small and operate outside the broken medical system, we have time to treat the whole person (body, soul, and relationships) and walk alongside people in crisis, coordinating medication, helping find housing, and partnering with family and pastors through the long road to recovery. That relational care is backed by real programs that move people toward stability:
- Our employment program provides jobs and training to neighbors who lost work and fell behind on rent
- Pandemic-era rent assistance and direct financial aid kept families from becoming homeless
- Our community care model funds free primary care for low-income members who otherwise couldnāt afford a doctor
“I want to share a little of my story. My life began to change thanks to Healing Grove Health Center. In the past I made bad decisions and ended up in prison because of bad company and the circumstances I faced in my life. Seven months ago I regained my freedom, and from the very first day I’ve had the support of Jairo and the entire Healing Grove Health Center team.
