Option I
$ 2,400 + $750
Per MonthOption IIRecommended
$ 2,400 + $2,000
Per Month- Genomic cancer screen test
- The cancer screen analyzes more than 60 genes related to inherited cancers that, if detected early, may have effective medical interventions and preventive measures. Conditions tested include breast cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, colorectal cancer, cutaneous melanoma, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, renal cell cancer, and thyroid cancer.
- Meeting with physician to review results
- Pre-test counseling session with a physician and a licensed genetic counselor
- You will meet with your physician and genetic counselor, who will go over your family background to look for the potential of hereditary conditions.
- Genomic cardio screen test
- The cardio screen analyzes more than 75 genes related to inherited cardiovascular conditions that, if detected early, may have effective medical interventions and preventive measures. Conditions tested include aortopathies, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, thrombophilia, and genetic forms of high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
- Pharmacogenetic genetic test
- The pharmacogenetic test looks at genes related to medication metabolism and medication side effects. Combined with advanced software, our physicians can predict which medications will be most effective for your particular genetic profile. Also, our physicians can predict which medications might have serious side effects. Once our physicians receive this test result, they will be able to predict the best medication for the patient at any time in the future.
- Post-test counseling session with a physician and a licensed genetic counselor
- You will meet with your physician and genetic counselor to discuss the results of the genomic testing.
- Carrier screen
